Before You Ship
What to send with the motor
The motor tag information, the conveyor it came off, and a note on what failed or what you are hearing. That is usually enough for us to scope the repair before it reaches the bench.
If the tag is unreadable, which happens on older units in washdown environments, send a photo of the motor and the end housings and we will identify it.
After It Arrives
What happens next
We inspect the unit and quote the work based on what we find. Once you approve, it is rebuilt to factory specification with genuine Van der Graaf parts and returned carrying the same product and labor warranty as a new motor.
