What to Include
Tell us enough and we can scope it before you ship
Repair enquiries
Include the motor tag information, the conveyor it came off, and a note on what failed or what you are hearing. That is usually enough for us to scope the repair before you ship anything.
If the tag is unreadable, send a photo of the motor and the end housings and we will identify it.
