Van der Graaf Drum Motor Warranty Repair and Sales
Valley Drummotor Great West is the only factory authorized Van der Graaf drum motor warranty service center in the western United States. We rebuild failed motors to factory specification, apply food grade lagging, and supply new units, all from our service center in Fresno, California.

We are the only factory authorized Van der Graaf warranty service center in the western United States, which is what lets a rebuild from us return under the same product and labor warranty as a new unit. We also repair drum motors from other manufacturers, so send us what you have either way.

Factory authorized warranty repair
Every motor gets a full teardown. We clean and inspect the internals, replace seals, races, bearings, gamma rings, and stators as needed, re epoxy the hollow shaft, refill the oil, and bench test the unit under load before it leaves.
An independent shop can open a Van der Graaf drum motor. What it cannot do is return it to you under the factory warranty.

We apply lagging in house and vulcanize it directly to the drum, so there is no seam to lift, peel, or trap product. USDA and FDA approved compounds, in plain, diamond, and chevron patterns.
Lagging is where most food plants see the fastest return. A properly lagged drum holds traction in a wet washdown line and stops the belt slip that quietly costs throughput every shift.

Drop Off Network
Eight drop off locations across California and Arizona
You do not have to arrange freight to Fresno yourself. Drop your motor at any Green Rubber Kennedy Ag branch in Salinas, Watsonville, Greenfield, Santa Maria, Modesto, Bakersfield, Imperial, or Yuma, and we move it into our service center from there.
